About Me

My name is Eric Romero, and my woodworking journey began with a growing interest in creating meaningful, handcrafted pieces. Encouraged by my fiancée’s vision for building custom projects for our future home, I found the inspiration to fully dive into woodworking. Driven by a passion for creating and inspired by skilled woodworkers who openly share their knowledge, I committed to learning the craft hands-on and giving it my full effort. Though I’m still early in the journey, I approach every project with intention, precision, and a dedication to continual improvement. I welcome feedback, value growth, and remain focused on building skill, insight, and craftsmanship with every piece I create.

Thank You For Supporting My Craft!!

MY STORY

My name is Eric Romero, and my journey into woodworking is rooted in faith, craftsmanship, and a new season of life. As a devoted Christian and follower of Christ, I strive to approach my work with integrity, purpose, and gratitude—believing that every skill is a gift meant to be used well.

I come from a background in construction through my family's remodeling business, Nemo's Tile LLC, where I've spent years working in tile and home remodeling. Working with my hands has always been part of who I am, and over the years I've developed a deep respect for quality materials, precision, and doing things the right way. Growing up, I spent most of my life as an athlete, playing soccer competitively. That experience shaped my discipline, work ethic, and commitment—traits that continue to guide me today.

As I transition into a new stage of life, preparing for marriage to my fiancée, Mikaela, this season has been incredibly meaningful. Building a future together inspired me to create pieces not just for function, but for the home—pieces that carry warmth, intention, and lasting value. Woodworking became a natural extension of my hands-on background and a creative outlet where craftsmanship meets purpose.

Romero Woodworks is more than a business; it's a reflection of faith, growth, and a passion for creating well-made, handcrafted pieces meant to be used and cherished for years to come.
