Cleaning

Hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap

Dry immediately with towel 

Never soak or place in dishwasher

Storage 

Store Upright when possible 

Avoid extreme heat or direct sunlight 

Oiling & Conditioning 

Reapply food-grade mineral oil when wood looks dry. 

Typically once a month with regular use. 

For deeper care, use mineral oil + butcher block conditioner.

Each board is unique. Variations in grain, color, and minor movement are normal and part of the character of solid wood. Proper care helps maintain stability and appearance.
