We ship handmade, custom woodworking products within the US. Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days, with production beginning once payment or a 30% non-refundable deposit for custom pieces is received. Orders may be canceled and refunded within 24 hours of payment, excluding non-refundable deposits. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or reimbursed due to the custom nature of the products. Shipping is provided through reputable carriers such as [USPS, UPS, FedEx], with costs calculated at checkout or communicated prior to shipment. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
